The apartment was very modern. I loved the design. the bed was very comfortable and big. i also appreciated its proximity to museums island. additionally, soundproofing in the windows ensured a quiet stay, despite the street view.
the heating system did NOT work, reported, but not fixed . it was february and quite cold. i had to live in a flat without heating.

communication occurred regularly via WhatsApp, which ensured any questions were answered promptly. the staff also provided assistance with codes to enter the room and luggage room. the app worked well for most tasks.

the location suited me perfectly it allowed for easy exploration of the city center without needing public transport the apartment proved quiet despite being on the ground floor the bed was super comfy. i appreciated the modern kitchen it had all i needed communication via whatsapp was fast and efficient. i found breakfast nearby and a steak restaurant just next door. the staff had excellent communication ensuring easy arrival and departure i also noticed the cleanliness and little necessities. i was pleased it was quiet.

my apartment was lovely and well-equipped with a perfectly clean and orderly space the room temperature was well arranged and i could always adjust it air isolation was great i found the bed super comfortable with great pillows and blankets.

i found the room very clean and quite spacious. checking in was straightforward and simple. the team answered questions quickly and thoroughly. the hotel is near the town center and has plenty of spots for a quick breakfast or dinner.
the room was a little smaller than it seemed in the pictures but it wasn't a big problem
